The standard lead time for customized published cups under 5,000 systems is 7 - 10 job days from authorization and early repayment (omits delivery time). The minimum order quantities for custom-printed cups on a lot of things are 100 devices. We provide complete cover printing theoretically mug orders.

For instance on a plastic mug, light infiltrating will cause the ink to show up lighter and on a paper mug, ink is soaked up and might show up darker. The Mug Shop is happy to offer reduced prices when customers purchase higher amounts of our printed items.

For custom-printed orders, cancellations and adjustments can be requested before proof approval. Sleeves, coasters, napkins are digitally printed and can be published in several shades without added charges. Any cancellation on a custom-made published order prior to authorization will be subject to a 3% termination cost or a minimum of $25, in addition to any kind of proofs that have currently been produced.
