Vigabatrin Cautions.

SABRIL (vigabatrin) is a prescription medication used with other treatments in adults and children 2 years old and older with refractory complex partial seizures (CPS) that have not responded well enough to a number of various other therapies and if the feasible advantages exceed the risk of vision loss.

It is recommended that your healthcare provider examination your (or your youngster's) vision prior to or within 4 weeks after starting SABRIL and at the very least every 3 months during therapy until SABRIL is stopped.
